Receives forwarded buyer enquiries from Clicco Tech. Contacts the buyer, answers queries, arranges site visits, and guides the buyer through the purchase process. Holds valid MahaRERA Agent Registration.

Uma Infratech (Developer / End Service Provider)

Owner and developer of Uma Ananta, Sector 11, Kharghar (MahaRERA: P51700053344). All bookings, agreements, and payments are executed directly between the buyer and Uma Infratech. Clicco Tech has no role at this stage.

Home Buyer (End Consumer)
